Frank “The Flash” Gedeon brings experience as a professional boxer and boxing instructor to his Competition Training and Boxing Fitness Classes in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Frank began boxing on May 18, 2007—a date that marked the start of his journey from learning the fundamentals to competing professionally. In 2010, he launched his professional boxing career and began teaching classes at Dave Lewter Boxing Gym, sharing his knowledge with others stepping into the sport.

Today, he shares that experience with students working toward their own goals, whether they want to develop skills for competition or make boxing part of their fitness routine.
